Refund policy

Free stays free

The free plan costs nothing and nothing is ever charged unless you choose Crown yourself. Businesses that were on HelloWhere before Crown started keep everything that was free at the time.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you get the first payment of your Crown subscription back in full if you ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason.

The refund ends the subscription and your business returns to the free plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel Crown every month via Plan → Invoices and cancelling in your business dashboard. Crown then runs until the end of the paid period; after that nothing more is charged.

Months already paid are not refunded pro rata on cancellation, except within the 14 days above or where the law requires otherwise.

Failed or duplicate payment

If you were charged twice by mistake, you get the duplicate amount back in full. If a payment fails, Creem retries it; if it still fails, your business returns to the free plan at no cost.

If we change the offer

We announce a new price in advance and it never applies to a period you have already paid for. If we stop Crown, you get the unused part of the current period back pro rata.

Guest bookings

Deposits and prepayments that guests make to a business are not covered by this policy. They run through the business's own Stripe account, and the business's terms apply.

How to request a refund

Email hallo@hellowhere.app with the name of your business and the email address of the subscription, or contact Creem via the link on your invoice. We reply within 5 working days. The money is returned via Creem to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
